🏔️ Looking for something a little different?

  • Discovery Snowshoe Tour | 6:30pm–8:00pm | Feb 28

From 8:30am Saturday morning through Sunday evening, ski and ride under the stars, check out the Burton & Elan demo, hit the Mountaintop Skate Party with DJ Michael Tedham, drop into Night Owl Talks and yoga sessions, and keep the energy up with Jam Over the City and the Altitudes Après After Party (until 2am).

🅿️ Ambleside Pay Parking Update

Good (ish) news for beach lovers! The District of West Vancouver has decided to extend the $2.50/hour parking rate at Ambleside through the end of 2026. When the original $5+ rate received mega pushback, council introduced this lower rate as a temporary fix while they collected data. That temporary rate has now been extended through the end of this year, reflecting feedback received from families, sports groups, camps, and local businesses.

The lower seasonal rate will remain while staff collect parking-use data and monitor impacts in nearby residential and commercial areas. They’ve also committed to holding a stakeholder roundtable before any future changes.

West Van residents can apply for a free annual parking pass (tied to your license plate) at impark.com/westvan.
