NICOLA’S PROPERTY OF THE WEEK: 316 SASAMAT LANE, NORTH VAN

Waterfront dreams come to life on this spectacular Sasamat Lane property. Build your dream home on a prime, high-bank 50' x 160' lot with stunning southeast water views.

DNV plans to extend the land to also facilitate private direct access to an attached two-car garage. Minutes to the best biking and hiking trails, 10 mins to Parkgate & Deep Cove, Cascades is a truly special place. Call for more details.

A Note About This Week’s Issue 🎉

Thank you to everyone who has emailed us with feedback, suggestions, and requests for upcoming newsletters. We absolutely love hearing from you, and want this newsletter to be: 1) responsive to what you want (a newsletter for the North Shore, by the North Shore), and 2) full of good vibes 🕺.

Because of your feedback and encouragement, we've organized the information in this issue differently. Is it perfect? Definitely not. Is it a work in progress? We hope so … please tell us what you think.

Secondly, we’re cautiously introducing our first local advertising partnerships. You'll notice two sponsored sections in this issue. Each ad has a poll below because we genuinely want to know if they are relevant to you...seems like it’s better for everyone if we deliver relevant content (sponsored or not). If you have a minute, respond to the polls to let us know.

Moving on to the events stuff…Inside this week’s newsletter, you’ll find:

  • Events for Families & Story Times

  • Events for Adults

  • Events for Seniors

  • Live Music, Dancing and Pub Quizzes

  • Current Art Exhibits

  • Upcoming Classes for Kids, Tweens and Teens

  • Need to Know: Things we think you should know
