Dine Out Vancouver kicked off its 24th season yesterday with over 400 restaurants offering special, multi-course, fixed priced menus, including our friends at Liberty Kitchen!

The North Shore Writers Association's 30th annual writing contest is happening, and yes, that means YOU. Whether you've got a half-finished story in your Notes app or an 11-year-old with serious storytelling skills, now's the time to dust it off.
Cash prizes up for grabs across three age groups (11 and under, 12-18, and adults). Deadline's March 15th, so you've still got time to procrastinate and submit.

Battle of the Brush 45 is back at The Pipe Shop for a high-energy live painting showdown. 16 artists compete in teams, racing the clock to turn blank canvases into prize winning finished pieces.
