Tossing and turning through another restless night? Your body might be whispering what science already knows — you need more magnesium.

Here's the game-changer our friends at Mila Earth want you to understand: oral supplements only give you an 8% to 20% absorption rate.

But Mila Earth's magnesium chloride products deliver 80% absorption directly through your skin (while skipping digestive drama).

  • Oils and rollers that sink into tight shoulders

  • Bath flakes that turn ordinary soaks into full-body relief

  • Sprays that help sleep and anxiety

Countless North Shore neighbours have already discovered this North Shore business. Why not join them? Learn how magnesium can change your life, and then shop Mila Earth’s magnesium products. Your body will thank you.
